Shipping + Returns


Your purchase will be dispatched as soon as possible after your order. In most cases this will be within 1-3 business days. If for any reason I experience delays I will let you know.

When ordering multiple items, your entire order will be shipped as one.


You should receive items within 2 to 7 business days. Some remote destinations may take up to 14 business days.


I ship to most countries outside Australia. International orders are shipped via multiple carriers, dependent on the size of the item. You will receive your international order in approximately 3 to 10 business days following dispatch. Some remote destinations may take longer than this estimate. Most orders will be sent with tracking and may include signature on delivery and insurance.

Lower cost items will be shipped Economy Air and these items are not tracked. You should receive your purchase within 7-14 business days.

Shipping costs accumulate for multiple items. Any excess shipping costs charged to you, greater than $1.00, will be refunded via your original source of payment.

Please ensure your details are correct prior to submitting your order. I am not responsible for any lost orders which have been addressed incorrectly due to inaccurate information provided by you.

In the unlikely case that your order does not arrive, please contact me and I will investigate the matter with Australia Post, or the relevant carrier.


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


Images of items in my shop are as accurate as possible. However, computer monitors may vary in their display of colour and detail. Please contact me if you have any questions about the colour, size or materials of the item before purchase.

If for some reason you are not happy with the item you have purchased, please let me know within 5 days after delivery receipt. If return or exchange is agreed on, you will need to return the item within 7 days and pay all shipping costs (including registering and tracking) for return of the item, and/or for the delivery of another item.
